Robert L. Kennedy, Age 66, of Hixson, TN, passed away surrounded by his family on 6/13/2023. Robert retired from Lawson Electric after over 30 Years as the Shop Foreman. He was a member of the Local IBEW175 for 30 plus years and a member of the JATC committee for several years.
Robert was preceded in death by his Mother Jessie Durham.
He will be deeply missed by his wife of 25 years, Barbara Kennedy; his two daughters, Caitlin and Courtney Kennedy; his Stepson, Chris Petty (Jennifer); his stepdaughter, Stephanie Stinson (David); his grandchildren, Austin, Aleea, Kilyn, Kennedy, Jackson, Brody & Pierce. Well known to the Grand Kids as “P’s”, Robert was a loving husband and father and will forever be remembered in the hearts he touched.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 15th from 4-8 pm at Chattanooga Funeral Home North Chapel, Hixson. The family will have a private celebration of Life service at a later date.
