Patricia was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga area and was a graduate of Hixson High School. She was the owner and operator of PLT Construction and Landscaping Company. She was of the Church of God faith.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Hazel Wilson Nichols; siblings, Sonny Nichols and Mary Elizabeth Sidowey.
Patricia is survived by her husband, Paul B. Thomas; children, Dean (Dana) Moses, Greg Moses and Sabrina (Scott) Powell; grandchildren, Savannah Lorrine, Jerryd Paul, Jeremy Anderson, Susie Lynn and other grandchildren; siblings, Bobby Nichols, Betty (Berlin) Seaborn, Charles (Dot) Nichols and Cheryl Siwiger; nephews, Jamie and Jeremy Thomas; close friends, Raymond, Beth and Parker Reed and her beloved dog, Ellie Mae.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 pm on Wednesday, December 16, and 1 to 2:30 pm on Thursday at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
Funeral services for Patricia will follow at 2:30 pm on Thursday at the funeral home chapel with Reverend Sam Phillips and Reverend Kelly Selby officiating. Burial will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson.
