"Mickey", as all her family and friends called her, passed away Sunday in the comfort of her home. She graduated Soddy-Daisy High School and was a lifelong member of the Daisy Church of God. She loved her weekend getaways with the ladies and the after Church lunches. She was a loving Mother, Aunt, Sister, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother. She enjoyed many travels with her son and family.
Mickey was preceded in death by her parents William U. and Mary Wilson; brother, Wayne Wilson; sister, Ruth Mills; nephew, Alan Wilson; and beloved granddaughter, Tabitha Reno Norton.
Those left to cherish her memory are her son Tracy (Laura) Reno; her greatest joys great-grandchildren, Malachi and Mary Ruth Norton; and several nieces and nephews.
We would like to thank Pastor Caleb Bolton for all the prayers and support. And a special thank you to her cherished friends Pat Jones, Sis Davis, and Frieda Nance.
The family will receive friends on Friday, November 4th from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at Chattanooga Funeral Home North Chapel, Hixson. A funeral service will take place at 2:00 pm Friday in the funeral home chapel, officiated by Pastor Caleb Bolton.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Daisy Church of God Ladies Ministry.
