 Melissa, You will be missed sorely by me a friend of the past.  We rode many miles together and You were such a soul sister for me.  You were kind, loving and talented beyond belief.  You certainly made a mark on this world and in my heart.  Rest in peace dear friend

I didn't know her personally but I did have the pleasure of speaking with her on an occasion during my time at US Xpress. She was a very kind lady who was always sweet and had a pleasant voice. I feel blessed to have at least spoken with her. My condolences to the family as another angel has left this earth. My she be in peace and be with you all.

Melissa was one of the most loving and caring persons that I have ever known. Anyone that met her will always remember her smile. My thoughts and prayers are with her family during this difficult time.

Melissa I had the pleasure of spending my lunches with you for about 7 yrs.you where a good friend and strong person. I will miss the talks we had, and the laughter we shared. The friendship we had will never be forgotten. This day will always be remembered because a year ago on the 27th I also lost another good friend. You both fought the fight and lost the battle. But now you are happy, free of pain and YOUNG again. I love you and miss you both.

I didn't deserve you in my life. I know we were kin from your mom's Virginia side. We never had time to find out but I wanted you to be my family. Please set up the art room for us because in Heaven you and I are going to paint the Universe together! Fractals, and the memory of perpetual smiles, girlish giggles and the best blonde curls ever is what you left me with...how can I repay you for your gift of being my sister friend?
