Mrs. Marie Gordon, 90, of Chattanooga, passed away Saturday, March 3, 2019 at Morning Pointe of Hixson. Marie was born in Stevenson, Alabama on September 4, 1928 to the late Henry and Bessie Keller. She loved her family, friends and church. Marie was a long time member of East Ridge Baptist Church where she enjoyed her Sunday School class and singing in the choir. She also enjoyed cooking, shopping, working crossword puzzles, and her many years of employment.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Howard Pinion and her second husband, Jack Gordon, her parents, and several siblings. Survivors include nieces and nephews and extended family members.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 6th from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm at Chattanooga Funeral Home North Chapel, Hixson. Funeral services will follow at 1:30 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Wayland Stewart officiating.
