I just learned of Kelli's passing.  I'm so shocked and saddened.  Kelli was my college roommate.  We had lost touch and I had tried to contact her over the years but never heard back.  To her parents, I'm so sad for your struggles and loss.

Kellie was a beautiful and intelligent young woman who will be sorely missed by all who knew her. Her lovely smile, strength, and positive attitude were inspiritational to us all.  May God be with her parents at this time of traqgedy and loss.  Many of us are  grieving with you.

My mother Pat Simpson was Kelli's babysitter before she started school. My name is Laura I was the youngest of our family and remember that Kelli loved for me to play school with her and the others. How blessed I was to know Kelli and Serie and Kelli's dad at S L Mason in the early 80's! The love the Bland family shared spilled over upon all of us. I was so sorry to hear of Kelli's passing.  Please know that you all are in my prayers.

My deepest condolences to the family. Kelli and I always seemed to be involved in the same things and in the same classes at VJHS and VHS. I feel like I grew up with her. I'm kind of speechless but I know she will be missed.

I am so sorry for your loss.  Kelli and I played together and danced at Gerlock when we were kids.  I am shocked by her passing becuase she was always so full of life.  You will be in my prayers.

Kelli was a beautiful lady.  Her ever-present smile and infectious laugh is what I have always remembered about her.  She was a great student and joy to be around.  My heart, thoughts and prayers go out to Serie and Richard.  I can't begin to tell you how much my heart goes out to you.  Ever since I left Valdosta 21 years ago, when I think of the memories I have of my time there, Kelli is always the first person I think of.
