Katherine Louise ("Tootsie") Bedwell Carroll, age 91, born January 12, 1926 as the first born of 11 to Dorothy Bedwell and William Bedwell in Chattanooga. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and of the Christian faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, and four brothers. She is survived by husband, Robert Eugene Carroll with 71 years of marriage, her childhood sweetheart; as well as three brothers. Also surviving is one daughter, Margo, husband Dr. Julian Ahler, grandson Robert Ahler, wife Dr. Kristan Ahler, and grandson Christopher Ahler, all of the Harriman area.
Graveside service will be 12:30 Monday April 17 at the Chattanooga National Cemetery 11600 Bailey Ave, Chattanooga, Tennessee.
