She is survived by her mother, Jo Bush; son, Christian “Chris” Tyler Harvey; brothers, Daniel Bush and Donald Bush; cousins, John Urbana, Andy Urbana and Barb Harwood; aunt, Jeannie Edwards.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl, Memphis, TN 38105.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 from 2 pm to 6 pm at Chattanooga Funeral Home, North Chapel with a Celebration of Life Service following immediately after at 6 pm with Pastor Joe Jacks officiating.
