She was a lifelong member of the New Orleans Musician’s Union, and played piano at Pat O’Brien’s in New Orleans for many years. Judy was a Louisiana licensed Realtor and member of the National Association of Realtors.
She was of the Baptist faith.
Judy was a true cat lover.
She was preceded in death by her parents James H. and Geneva Alice McNew Hodges; 2 brothers, James (Jim) Michael Hodges, and John Charles Hodges; and many aunts and uncles.
Survivors include, her niece Debbie Hodges Byrd; and nephew, Michael Stacy Hodges; her sister-in-law, Sherry Hodges; great nephews, Jacob Byrd, Ben Hodges; and great nieces, Lydia Hodges, and Addy Hodges.
Services will be held at the graveside on Tuesday July 9, 2024 at 10:30 AM in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorials be made to the McKamey Animal Shelter.
