We are sad to announce, John “Goat” Hensley, 73, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, went home to be with the Lord from home surrounded by his family after battling cancer.
He was preceded in death by his dad, TC Hensley, his mom, Katheryne Hensley and his brother, David Hensley.
He is survived by his girlfriend, Donna Grayson, his daughters, Sharon (Ricky) McGinnis, Angie (Courtney) Hensley, his son, Chris (Misty) Hensley, his stepsons, Earl Mosley, and Chris Neal , his grandsons, Cody (Amanda) McGinnis, Kaine Hensley, Dakota (Kaitlyn) Hensley, his granddaughter, Stormie Raines, his great grandson, Bryson Lawson, his great granddaughters, Amelia McGinnis and Raelynn McGinnis, Brooklyn Hensley, his brother, Frankie (Dreama) Nance, his sister, Sherry (Bobby) Williams and several nieces and nephews.
He will be greatly missed.
The family will receive friends from 10- 2:30 Friday, February 24, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be 2:30 Friday at the North Chapel. Interment will follow in Chattanooga Memorial Park.
