Jessie Diane Goins, 72, of Rossville, GA passed away at her residence on September 22, 2020. Diane was a native of Chattanooga, born on November 9, 1947. She was a member of North Red Bank Baptist Church. For many years, she and her husband Bill enjoyed being co-owners of Bill’s Moving and Storage. Diane was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse J. and Jessie I. Rice, her husband, Bill Goins, and brother, Jim Rice.
Survivors include her sons, Brent (April) and Brandon Elliott; grandchildren, Brittany, Jacob, Drew, Ty, Alissa, Brandie, and Brodie; great grandson, Noah Hughes; and brother, Kenneth (Cheryl) Rice.
There will be private graveside services for Diane. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer’s Association www.alz.org/donate.
