Denease was born on March 5, 1931 to Monroe and Lillie Mae Hall in Geraldine, Alabama.
Neecie was a remarkable, highly respected woman. Her personal faith in Jesus Christ was obvious in her life. Besides being a devoted wife, loving mother, and grandmother, she was also an exceptional cook, passionate world traveler, professional lip reader, fierce billiards competitor, published author, and tireless shopper.
Denease was the epitome of a Southern Belle with her warmth, charm, and grace. She is an inspiration to many.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 wonderful years, Corbitt M. Reagan.
Denease is survived by her daughter, Valerie Reagan; son-in-law, Dickey Henley; son, Tim Reagan (Laura); grandchildren, Mitch Reagan, Jamie (Carolyn) Reagan, Candace (Stephen) Archer, and Brooke (Grant) Barry; great grandchildren, Alexia, Autumn, Russell, Collins, Charlotte, and Adelaide.
The family will receive friends form 2-4 pm Saturday, April 13, 2019 at Chattanooga Funeral Home North Chapel, Hixson. The funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 4:00 pm. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Kindred Hospice.
