He was preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie Headrick; son, William Headrick; daughter, Patricia Custer, granddaughter, Michelle Pfeffer; sister, Virginia Carmony.
Mr. Headrick was a member of Signal Mountain Church of the Nazarene. His life revolved around his church and his family. He was a World War II Navy veteran. He sang in a quartet at the First Church of the Nazarene.
Survivors include his children, Steve (Becky) Headrick, and Margaret (Doug) Pfeffer; grandchildren, Cyndi Eaton, Jessica Headrick and Daniel Pfeffer; great grandchildren, Jackson Eaton, Calleigh Eaton, Elle Pfeffer, and Clark Pfeffer.
Funeral services will be 12:00 noon Friday, March 30, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10-12 Friday.
