be with the Lord Sunday, May 24, 2015 at his
residence. Charles was a Viet Nam Veteran
(Chapter 203) and was a recipient of the Bronze
Star Medal. He was a member of Sequoyah
Baptist Tabernacle. Charles was a former
employee of Appliance Factory Warehouse
and General Appliance.
Charles was preceded in death by his
brothers, Ralph Lee, Gerald, and Raymond
Mowery and by his grandson, Conner Lane.
Charles is survived by his wife of 43 years,
Brenda; daughters, Angela (Jason) Lane
and Sandra (Brian) Pyko; 4 grandchildren;
brother, Larry (Glenda) Mowery; and several
nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held today from
4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at North Chapel
and again tomorrow from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
A celebration of life will follow at 1:00 p.m.
with the Rev. David Stancil officiating.
Burial will be in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
