Carol Lynn (Randall) Brewster, 78, of Hixson, TN, passed away February 1, 2019, in her home, surrounded by her family. Born in Chattanooga on Feb. 11, 1940, to the late Charles and Jennie Lynn Randall, she was a former teacher, homemaker and “Nana” to her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years Dale Loren Brewster of Hixson, TN; son John Brewster (Gincy) of Knoxville, TN; daughter Jennifer (Brett) Howell of Springfield, TN; and six grandchildren, Kile and Max Brewster, Katie and Amanda Shoup, and Lindsay and Kathryn Howell.
Her son, Rev. John Brewster, and Deacon Brian Gabor will officiate during a graveside service at the Chattanooga National Cemetery 10:30 am Monday, February 4, 2019.
The family will receive friends at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home from 2-4 Sunday.
