Brandon graduated from Chattanooga State Community College, and attended UTC.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers Jim Thomas and Jesse Schouggins.
Brandon is survived by his parents Ronny and Suzanne Schouggins; brother Chad Schouggins; grandparents Georgia Thomas, W.A. and Violet Watts, and Gloria Schouggins; aunts Andera Watts, Janet Ware, Uncle Benny and Aunt Pam Watts; cousins Joseph (Autumn) Watts, Jeremy Watts, Cozett (David) Graham, and Damon Ware.
The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 pm Thursday, November 1, and 12 noon until 2 pm on Friday November 2 at the North Chapel Chattanooga Funeral Home.
Graveside service will be held 2:30 pm Friday, November 2 at the Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
