Beloved Wife, Mother, Nani and friend too many. She was an active member of Bayside Baptist Church. She devoted her life to God, her family and all her Grandchildren. She exuberated joy wherever she went and showed love to ANYONE she met.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dr. Leamond Cooper and Marie Stuart and her sister Juanita Stuart Whitaker.
She is survived by her husband, Edwin Baker (84); daughter, Lisa Baker King (55) son-in-law, Todd King; Son, Jeffery Edwin Baker (52) daughter-in-law, Julie Baker; Son, Gregrey Baker (50) daughter-in-law, Jessica Baker; grandchildren, Morgan King (25), Kelton Baker (25), Kyana Grady (31), Michael King (23), Sarah King (18), Emily King (17), Carson Baker (15), Stella Baker (13), Brady Baker (11); 6 siblings, Jean Cook, Pat Wilder, Lee Stuart, Janet Pogue, Mark Stuart and Theron Clark-Stuart.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 26, 2024 5:00 PM to 7:00PM.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday April 27, at 2:00PM. Both will be held at North Chapel at Chattanooga Funeral Home Crematory and Florist. Interment to follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
