Pauline was born in Flint, Michigan to Ervin and Irene Perkins on August 22, 1929. She married William Baker. He preceded her in death in 1989. Pauline was a founding member of Faith Lutheran Church in Highland, Michigan. She enjoyed fresh fish dinners with friends. Routine church attendance and bible study was a priority. She worked out several times a week to stay in good shape. She attended Rock Steady Boxing in Howell. Pauline was an avid card player. She would play Euchre all night if you would let her. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She always took care of people and made them feel valued.
Loving mother of Pam (Bob) Pierce, Patti (the late Rick) Larzelere and Jeanne Baker; proud grandma of Camie (Patrick) Goodes, Jason (Kristin) Lewis, Aaron (Laurel) Heuser, Eric (Chrissy) Pierce, Ben Heuser and Katie Duffy; great-grandmother of Chase, Tim, Lily, Natalie, Ethan, Max, Sophia, Megan, Jack, Knox and the late Kylie; great great grandmother of Keaton and Kash; sister of Everett (the late Ilene) Perkins and Mary (Larry) Maas.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at the Highland Chapel of the Elton Black and Son Funeral Home, 3295 East Highland Rd., Highland, Michigan 48356
The funeral service will be held 11:00 am (In state at 10:00 am-11:00 am) on Thursday, October 3, 2024 at Faith Lutheran Church, 3501 E. Highland Rd., Highland, MI 48357. Interment will be at Oakland Hills Memorial Cemetery in Novi, Michigan
