Patricia Elizabeth Arvidson

Patricia Elizabeth Arvidson, age 103, of Howell, passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at her home at Village Manor Retirement. Left to cherish her memory are her three sons: Dennis (Peggy) Arvidson, Duaine Arvidson, and Christopher Arvidson; her seventeen grandchildren; her twenty-one great-grandchildren; and her three great-great grandchildren.

Patricia was born April 23, 1919, in Milaca, Minnesota, the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Harry and Kathern (Mann) Royle. She married her high school sweetheart and the love of her life, Robert “Bob” Arvidson in 1939, and the two shared sixty-one wonderful years together until Bob’s death in 2000. Throughout her life, Patricia spent her days taking care of her sons and working on the family farm, which was completely self-sufficient! Patricia loved the time she spent with her family, which she saw expand to include six generations in her lifetime! Patricia was an accomplished prize winning artist and a professionally trained seamstress. She was a wonderful woman who will be greatly missed.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Kathern; her loving husband, Bob Arvidson; her son, Mike Arvidson; her grandson, Robert; and all of her siblings.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 am on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at the White Lake Presbyterian Church, 4805 Highland Rd, White Lake, Michigan 48383. The family will receive visitors from 10:00 am until the time of service at church. Pastor Debbie Lennis will officiate. Memorial Donations may be made to White Lake Presbyterian Church.
