Margaret L. Riggs of Highland, passed away September 12, 2017 at age 86. Wife of the late Kenneth Riggs. Mother of James Morris, Wanda Morris, Jeffrey Morris, Lori (Grant) Matthews and the late Sandra Johnson. Grandmother of 13 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, September 16, 2017 at the Highland Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 3295 E. Highland Road. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11am - 1 pm. Interment to follow at Christian Memorial Gardens. Memorials suggested to the family.
