Kris S. Myrold, age 68 of Commerce Twp., MI passed away on Tuesday, June 18, 2024. Kris was born in Detroit, Michigan on May 24, 1956 to Clarence and Cecile Myrold. Kris worked at Ashley Land Development Company as a heavy equipment operator. He enjoyed boating, traveling spending time with family and skiing.
Beloved husband of Joyce; loving father of Jennie (David) Cowan, John (Tiffany) Szakal, Charlene Myrold, Christopher (Laura) Myrold, Kellie (Derek) Overholt, TJ (Bianca) Kerwin, Kyle (Meagan Siudara) Myrold; proud grandfather of John, Seth, Jessica, Kristian, Jordyn, Sawyer, Chase, Hudson, Pierson, Eisley and Ada; brother of Karen Myrold, Kevin (Debbie) Myrold, Kathy Mikol and Russell Edelen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with his faithful companion Haley the German Shepard.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, June 21, 2024 at the Highland Chapel of the Elton Black and Son Funeral Home, 3295 East Highland Rd., Highland, Michigan 48356. The family will receive visitors from 10:00 am until the time of service.
