Kenneth Ray Wise Sr., age 85, of Highland, Michigan passed away on Tuesday, February 8, 2022. Kenneth was born February 4, 1937 to Ernest and Gertrude Wise in Detroit, Michigan. Beloved husband of Beverly; Loving father of Kenneth Jr., Sharon Krueger, Shelia Hutton, Stephen Wise, Michelle (Jeffrey) Cunningham, Michael (Amanda) Wise; Step-father of Melissa (Mark) Chapman and the late David (Debbra) Ferris; proud grandfather of 15; great grandfather of 17. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and his faithful companion Spike.
Ken retired from Ford Motor Company after 30 years as an Engineer. He was a member of the Detroit Judo Club and had taught Judo in the past. He enjoyed hunting. He also taught Hunter's Safety Classes. One of Kens passions were his horses. His favorite was named Knight.
A memorial visitation for Ken will be held Saturday, February 19, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 3295 E. Highland Road, Highland, Michigan 48356, followed by a memorial service at 3:00 PM.
