James W. Cowart of Highland, passed away September 16, 2016 at age 75. Beloved husband of Karen. Loving father of Susan (Marlin) Carpenter and Pamela (Dirk) Pariseau. Treasured grandfather of Dirk, Jr., Roman and Pierce Pariseau. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at Faith Lutheran Church, 3501 E. Highland Road in Highland. The family will receive friends Monday from 2-8 pm at the Highland Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 3295 E. Highland Road. Memorial contributions suggested to a charity of donor’s choice.
