Henry Mitchell Stanick

Henry Mitchell Stanick, age 63, of White Lake, Michigan was born January 25, 1958 in Cleveland, Ohio and passed away January 11, 2022 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Beloved husband of Kathy Stanick. Loving father of Jennifer (Jason) Humitz and Karen (Terry) Monette. Proud PapPap of Brenden, Brady, Gavin, Carter, Adalyn, Connor, Delilah, and one on the way. Cherished son of Marie and the late Henry Michael Stanick. Dear brother of Mark (Helen) Stanick, Larry (Diane) Stanick, and Mary Stanick. Treasured uncle of many nieces and nephews, and godfather of Anna McDonald and Eric Stanick.

Henry Stanick was a family man with a heart of gold. Henry was married to Kathy, his soul mate of 42 years, with whom they raised two beautiful daughters. All of Henry’s grandchildren were his babies. Henry was kind, caring, compassionate, generous, stubborn, and a strong man. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing cards, hunting, and was an avid coin collector. Henry was the cornerstone of his family, he will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Visitation will be held Thursday, January 20, 2022 from 2:00pm until 8:00pm at the Highland Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 3295 E. Highland Road, Highland. Funeral Mass will be held Friday, January 21, 2022 at 10:30am (In State 9:30am) at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 2099 N. Hacker Road, Howell. Memorial Luncheon immediately following the mass at church.
