Donna "Nana" Pierce

Donna "Nana" Pierce of White Lake, passed away December 23, 2022 at 83 years of age.

Loving mother of Mitchell Pierce and Michael (Kelly) Pierce. Proud grandmother of Mitchell, Shannon (Steve) Camilleri, Myles (Sarah) and Sawyer. Treasured great-grandmother of Jackson, Emmarie, Ellie, Dawson, Ashton and Kya. Sister of Ronnie (Carol) Doucette, Dennis (Nancy) Doucette and Jerry (Vonnie) Doucette. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Sadly she is preceded in death by her grandparents, Louise and Edward Doucette, her mother, Lois "Granny" Doucette, one aunt, Peggy Crocker along with her beloved dogs, Sady Jean and J.J.

Mrs. Pierce worked at Lourdes Nursing Home for 25 years on the midnight shift and was a bartender at Oceana Inn for many years, making many loving friends along the way. She enjoyed playing cards with her family, playing her poker machine and buying jewelry on the jewelry channel. She was known to play a trick or two on people and always held a special place in her heart for animals. She will be dearly missed by all.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at the Highland Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 3295 E. Highland Road. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 10:00am until the time of service at 1:00pm.
