Beloved husband of Donna. Loving father of Nick Roy, Steven (Jessie) Roy, Cecelia (Nate) Holmes, Daniel (Katie) Roy and Robert Roy. Proud grandfather of Theodore Holmes, Adaline Holmes, Ruby Roy, Emma Roy, Reggie Roy and Joey Roy. Treasured son of Barbara Hart. Brother and Brother-in-Law of Patrick Roy, Cheri (Dale) Bailey, James (Theesa) Cerretani and John (Laura) Cerretani. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Daniel was a retired firefighter from the Novi Fire Department. He was a car enthusiast and enjoyed drag racing along with a love for his kitties and music. He will be very much missed by all.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
