Wanda was born September 29, 1958 in Gary, Indiana. She worked for Lake Ridge Schools and Head Start for many years. She loved and enjoyed the children she worked with. Wanda loved to bake with her grandkids. She had a heart of gold and made everyone smile. She would help anyone who was in need. Wanda was able to receiver her greatest wish, which was to see her boys make her proud.
Wanda is survived by her husband, Robert Head; her son Ryan (Melissa) Johnson; her son Robert L. Johnson; and her daughter Holly (Matt) Gonzalez; Granddaughters: Savanna, Emma, Lily, Alexis, Angel, and Mattison; Grandsons: Robert Jr., Julian, Isaiah, Dylan, and Jason. She is also survived by her brothers, sisters, niecies, nephews, other relatives, and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who loved her.
A public visitation for Wanda will be held Wednesday, June 8, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Rd, Highland, Indiana 46322, followed by a funeral service at 7:00 PM.
