Mary Ann Krieter King

Mary Ann King, age 92, of Lowell, IN formerly of Gary, IN, passed away March 25, 2016. Survived by daughter Kathy (Tom) Hill, two sons David (Sue) King and Rick (Karen) King, 8 grandchildren: Jennifer Stevens, Daniel (Amy) King, Ryan King, Carrie King, Casey King, Chris (Leslie) Hill, Brad (Mara) King, Allison Hill; 5 great-grandchildren; one brother Jerome (Joan) Krieter, three sisters-in-law Pat Krieter, Garnet (Richard) Sherman, and Kathleen Beckley; many nieces and nephews; preceded in death by her husband Eugene and son Donald. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, March 29th at 11:00 a.m. DIRECTLY at St. Mary Catholic Church, Griffith, IN. Rev. Theodore Mens officiating, burial Calumet Park Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family Tuesday morning from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. (time of service) at St. Mary Catholic Church. Mary Ann was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, also a member of the Altar and Rosary Sodality. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Harbor Light Hospice.
