Jazmine was well known in the community and will be missed by many friends, biological family and adoptive family. Jazmine will be cremated and all visitation services will be private. Jazmine is now at peace no longer in pain or battling addiction, which she fought a difficult battle with for eighteen years. Please keep her children and family in your prayers during this sorrowful time. In honor of Jazmine's life, we ask that truth be spread in regards to this epidemic and awareness be raised.
