Janice Eisman, age 72, of Crown Point, Indiana passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at her residence.
She is survived by her brother Rick (Wendy) Eisman of Lowell; nephews, Fr. Brian Chadwick of Highland, Jeffrey Chadwick of Iowa; nieces, Tammy Falk of Bargersville, IN, Robin Eisman of California and Kelly Leff of North Carolina; great nieces and nephews; she was affectionately known as "Peach" by her nieces and nephews.
Janice was preceded in death by her parents, William and Veronica (nee Mihal) Eisman; brother, Bill Eisman; sister, Sharon Chadwick.
Janice was a graduate of Andrean High School and Indiana University. She was an occupational therapist for Franciscan Hospital of Crown Point.
Private family burial will occur at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
