She was also a generous supporter of many worthy charities like the Red Cross and Hospice of Northwest Indiana.
Grace’s love of travel motivated her to become a Delta flight attendant and fly all over the world for the past 22 years. She truly cherished the children she taught and the friendships she made in the Catholic school system for the 14 years prior, and was a long time member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Griffith.
Grace lived for dogs. Spending time with her puppies was her greatest pleasure. Her place in Heaven is saturated with dogs. Grace developed a passion for Irish music as well as the culture, and pursued their celebrations and festivals as often as she could.
Grace was proud of her masters’ degrees in Education and History from Purdue University. Her passion for speaking her mind and standing for her beliefs, while still loving all those around her regardless of their position, will be greatly missed by her husband and her many close friends.
