Elva O. Perez (nee Olvera), age 77, of Gary, IN passed away Monday, September 12, 2016. She is survived by her four children: Sylvia (Marty) Martinez, Alfredo (Karen) Rivera, Leticia (Adan) Galvan and Michael (Eduardo) Perez; ten grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; four sisters: Maria Olivia Briones, Gloria Russell, Ernestina (Eugenio) Ibarra and Minerva Lozano; and numerous nieces and nephews. Elva was preceded in death by her husband, Jose L. Perez. Visitation will be held Sunday, September 18, 2016 from 2:00pm – 6:00pm at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Road (two blocks south of Ridge Road), Highland, IN, with prayer services immediately following.
