Donna Mae Britton

Donna Mae Britton, age 82, of Griffith, passed away June 1, 2014. She is survived by three sons: Greg Britton of Hobart, Daniel (Jackie) Britton of Schererville, and Philip Britton of Calumet Township; two daughters: Jeanmarie (Ken) Novath of Calumet Township and Cheryl (Frank) Dispensa of Geneva, IL; 13 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; four brothers: George Baldner of Florida, Jan (Alma) Baldner of Lake Station, David Baldner of Portage, and Jimmy Baldner of Merrillville; two sisters: Virginia Yakim of Valparaiso and June (Dewey) Dallas of Highland. Preceded in death by husband of 64 years, Eugene Britton, in December of 2013; two brothers: Kenneth and Bud; and two sisters, Doris and Katherine. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 6, 2014 at 9:30 AM at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman with Rev. Theodore Mens officiating. Burial at Chapel Lawn. Friends are invited to meet with the family Thursday from 2:00-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Prayer service 3:00 PM Thursday. Donna was a member of St. Mary's Church of Griffith.
