Alice Marie Powers-Louderback (nee Nedin) age 85 of Crown Point, IN passed away March 29,2014; she is survived by son Jerry (Thyra) Powers, of Golden CO, daughter Sheila (Late Barry) Powers-Bogucki, of Crown Point, IN, three grandchildren Shannon (Joe Crawford) Bogucki-Richards, of Lowell, IN, Julie(Andrew) Powers-Nomanson, Wheatfield, IN, Jason Powers, 6 great-grandchildren Jillian, Taylor, Maddi, Logan, Zak, Jadyn. Preceded in death by her first husband Clifford, second husband Wilber. Funeral services will be held Tuesday April 1, 2014, 12 Noon at Kuiper Funeral Home 9039 Kleinman Rd ( two blocks south of Ridge Rd) Highland, IN, Rev. Andrew Bailey officiating; burial Concordia Cemetery, friends may visit with the family on Tuesday morning from 9:00 AM until 12 Noon (time of services) at the funeral home. Alice was an avid reader, loved animals especially wolves, she was a graduated of Hammond, High. She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Munster, IN for 75 years.
