Vicky Jean White

Vicky was born in Guilford County, September 17, 1957, a daughter of the late Franklin Eugene Brown and Mary Ethel Manring Brown. She was at custodian at Southeast Middle School for many years and helped train other staff members. Vicky was a member of Greenwood Baptist Church. She was a very generous woman and a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Vicky especially enjoyed gospel music. She was preceded in death by her sister, Sherrie Starkey and four brothers, Donald, Junior, Gary and Frankie Brown.

Surviving are her husband, Bobby Stalvey; three sons, Luke White, Andrew White and fiancé Tabitha Glymph and Michael White; a sister, Lessie Laney and her husband Charles; and seven grandchildren.

A Celebration of Vicky's life will be held Saturday, January 8, 2022 at 4 p.m. in the Sechrest-Davis Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 2 p.m. until the service.
