Timothy Lee Locklear, 41, passed away May 23. 2014 at the High Point Regional Hospital.
Timothy was born in Stanley County, April 7, 1973, a son of Robert Tim Cox and Brenda Locklear. He worked in the furniture industry as long as his health permitted. Timothy loved fishing, shooting pool, the beach and NASCAR. He was preceded in death by his father and grandmother, Mildred Williams.
Surviving are a son, Christian Locklear; his mother, Brenda Malone; twin sister, Tamara Locklear and Donald; two aunts, Glenda Hardister and Carolyn Bass; three uncles, James, Larry and Terry Locklear; a nephew, Cody Locklear; and numerous cousins.
A Celebration of Timothy’s Life will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in the Davis Funerals and Cremations Chapel. Burial will follow in Floral Garden Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 7 until 8:30 p.m.
