He was born December 8, 1968 in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, the son to Stanley David and Janet Hazledine Benner. Paul was employed as Food Service Manager in the Skagway School, Skagway, Alalska where he had many special friends and family members “at heart”.
He is survived by his mother, Janet Benner of High Point, his sister, Sarah Williford and husband Bob of High Point, and a brother, Bruce Benner of Soldotna, Alaska; two nephews, Josh Williford and Levi Benner and two nieces, Kristin Williford and Lia Benner.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. October 13th in St. Theresa's Church in Skagway with inurnment following the service. . Memorials may be directed to the " Have A Heart Foundation", which Paul founded, P. O. Box 497, Skagway, Alaska, 99840; telephone 1-907-983-2960.
