Jerry Roger Bristow, 78, passed away on Saturday, April 5, 2025 following a brief illness.
Jerry was born in Guilford County, September 22, 1946, a son of the late Frank and Agnes H. Bristow. He worked in the textile industry the majority of his life and retired from Metal Creations. Jerry enjoyed trips to the beach, fishing and gold panning. He was preceded in death by the love of his life, Ramona Gatlin Bristow and his brother, Terry Bristow.
Surviving are six children, Janice Miller, Kenneth Wood, Dale Wood, Nancy Barton, Carolyn White and Jerri Denise Bristow; ten grandchildren, Josh King, Gary King, Rodney Poplin, Jason Barnes (deceased), Jesse Waddell, James McMahan, Angela Wood, Jennifer Rager, Jerry Owens and Jamie Brown; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be private. Memorials may be directed to the charity of the donor's choice.
