A graduate of The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, David enjoyed living life to the fullest. He traveled extensively in Europe and the Caribbean. A lifelong tennis fan, a visit to Paris and his beloved Stade Roland Garros was one of the greatest adventures of his life. He was a former project manager with the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae).
David is survived by his mother Betty Deal of High Point, his father Guy Lenny Deal of Reidsville, his sister Mindy Mills of Thomasville and the absolute loves of his life, Abby, Corey and Luke, his niece and nephews. The love he shared with them is eternal and will be long remembered despite his early passing. Uncle David will live long in their memory and hearts. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins, whom he shared many unforgettable moments.
Having never met a stranger, David will be remembered for the great joy and laughter he brought to everyone he touched. Though departed his warm loving spirit will live long in the hearts of all those who knew him.
A Celebration of David’s life will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Journey Church by Pastor Duncan Davis. The family will receive friends at the church from 1 p.m. until the service. Memorials may be directed to the American Heart Association. Online condolences may be made at davisfuneralsandcremations.com.
