Mrs. Brenda Deadmon Ruddock, 71, passed away Monday, January 12, 2015 at the Hospice Home @ High Point.
Brenda was born in High Point, November 8, 1943, a daughter of the late Charles and Lorraine Smith Deadmon. She was of the Baptist faith and worked in home health care for many years. Brenda was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Ruddock.
Surviving are a daughter, Cindy Lyndon and husband David; two sons, Eddie Ruddock and wife Jerri Ann and Freddie Ruddock; three grandchildren, Allen Lyndon and Christina and Travis Ruddock; four great-grandchildren; a brother, Charles Lee Deadmon.
A Celebration of Brenda’s Life will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Floral Garden Chapel of Memories Mausoleum. The family will receive friends at the mausoleum from 1:30 until the service. The family would like to express their appreciation to the wonderful staff of Hospice of the Piedmont for their loving care. Memorials should be directed to Hospice of the Piedmont.
