Ronald (Ronnie) Boos, 79, passed away Saturday, August 12, 2017 at home. Ronnie was born June 3, 1938 in Glen Cove, New York. Ronnie was former owner-operator of Boos Flower Shop in Hicksville, NY. He is survived by his sisters, Audrey Posthauer, Elaine Whittendale (Kenny Vessey), best friend David Dalsgaard and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends may attend Funeral Services at Vernon C. Wagner Funeral Home, 125 W. Old Country Rd., Hicksville, on Saturday, Aug. 19, at 10am, followed by a committal service at Nassau Knolls Cemetery, 500 Port Washington Blvd., Port Washington, at 11:30am.
