Philip J. Piampiano, a retired veteran of the Air National Guard passed away on September 28th, 2023 of natural causes. He was born on June 10th, 1947, The son of Carmine and Italia Piampiano (deceased). He grew up in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, enlisted in the Air National Guard and he rose to the rank of Chief Master Sergeant. He proudly served for thirty-nine years.
He is survived by his loving wife, Sharon Lynn Simmons; his daughter Christine Ann Dorchak his grandchildren Schuyler Anne and Braeden Dawson Dorchak, his brother Mario Salvatore Piampiano and the families of his nieces and nephews Tracy Ann Riggio, Kim Frances Henderson and Michael Carmine Piampiano.
