Dear Dennis and family:  We only knew Karen from having met her at the various Msg. McClancy events.  Nevertheless, it was apparent to everyone how welcoming and inclusive she was.  We found her to be beautiful, charming, funny and so "real".  Her presence will be missed in so many ways, and we are incredibly sorry for your loss. I am truly sorry for the loss of Karen. She was one of my dental patients and I had the pleasure of knowing her for many years.  She had conversations with me telling me about her illness but always with such a positive and spiritual attitude, I truly admired her. She loved her family and I am so sorry for your loss of this beautiful wife and mother. She was such a fighter and now she is finally at peace singing with the Angels in Heaven.
