VALE-----Tracy Dawn Laney, 58, passed away November 9, 2014 at Frye Regional Medical Center. Tracy was born February 14, 1956 in Catawba Co. to Charlotte Cannon Laney and the late Donald J. Laney. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Hildebran. Surviving are her mother, Charlotte Laney; brother, Mike Laney and wife, Marlane of Vale; niece Meredith Dickerson and husband, Brad and their children, Keith Dickerson and Cole Dickerson of Hickory and niece, Maria Laney of Vale. Services will be Thursday, Nov. 13, at 3:00 P. M. at First Baptist Church, Hildebran with Rev. Ronald Arndt officiating. Burial will follow in Catawba Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Thursday, Nov. 13, from, 1:30 – 2:45 P. M. at First Baptist Church, Hildebran. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, Building Fund, P. O.
