She was born on February 1, 1972 to Randy Smith and Doris Johnson Smith in Catawba County. Suzanne loved her family, friends, and her loving dogs, Sage and Bella.
Her maternal grandparents, Bill and Sarah Lou Johnson; paternal grandparents, Robert and Clyde Smith; and aunt, Libby Tucker preceded her in death.
Survivors include her wife, Sherri Avery; father and mother, Randy and Doris Smith; brother, Michael Smith and wife Kimberly; sister, Lisa Smith; aunt, Betty Marker and husband Ed; uncle, Allen Smith; special great aunt, Peggy Abernathy; and numerous cousins.
Sherri Avery will be receiving friends from 3:00 until 4:00 pm at the funeral home.
