Mr. Roy "Randy" Clayton Pless Jr.

Randy was born August 27, 1955 in Wilkes Co. to the late Roy Clayton and Pansy Brown Pless, Sr.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a sister, Judy Pless Pruitt and a nephew, Robbie Pruitt.

He was a supervisor in the furniture industry.

Surviving are daughters: Heather Pless, Holly Pless and fiancé, Michael Lail, grandson, Jaylen Pless all of Hickory, sister: Carolyn Travis and husband, Chuck of Conover, Paula Harris, mother of his children of Conover, 2 nieces, Christina Griffin and Lori Pruitt, 2 nephews: Patrick & Kevin Griffin, great niece, Kaitlin Pruitt and a great nephew, Cory Good.

A memorial service will be Sunday, December 19, 2010, at 4:00 P. M. at Hickory Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Dr. Dale Watts officiating.

The family will be at the funeral home following the service.
