HICKORY – Pamela Connick Cooke, 53 passed away unexpectedly on August 24, 2022.
She was born on September 6, 1968 in Catawba County to Frankie Abee. Pamela was a loving wife, mother, Mimi, sister, and friend to all. She loved Harleys and the Carolina Panthers. Pamela loved going to the beach with her family. It was her “Happy Place”.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
Survivors include her husband of 6 years, Ricky Cooke, sons, Michael Cooke and wife Ashley, David Adkins and wife Angela, Kevin Adkins; grandchildren; Noah Adkins, Everly Adkins, Josette Adkins, Daisy Cooke; mother, Frankie Abee; brothers; and her beloved Saint Bernard, “Bella Ray Cooke”.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Monday, August 29, 2022 at 4 PM at Catawba Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Brown officiating.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 3 PM – 4 PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Catawba County Humane Society.
The Cooke Family is under the care of Catawba Funeral Home.
