Neng Xiong

Neng Xiong, 74, of Hickory went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 27th, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones.

Born on December 27th, 1950, in Laos, Neng was the daughter of the late Boua Lue Xiong and Ka Yeng Lee.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by, her husband, Nhia Xiong Thao, and her first born daughter, Maiv Vue Thao.

Those left to cherish her memory include her 6 sons, 5 daughters, 3 daughters in law, 5 sons in law, 29 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Catawba Funeral Home on

Saturday, April 26th, 2025, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am and 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Sunday, April 27th, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

She will be laid to rest at Catawba Memorial Park after the Sunday Service.
