Mozelle Teague Cloer Yount

Mozelle was born February 5, 1921, in Caldwell Co. to the late William Augustus and Mary Ellen Wilkie Teague.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her first husband, Milford Cloer, a daughter, Ranae Cloer Clarke, son-in-law, Jackie Clarke, step son-in-law, Donald Yount, and 8 brothers and sisters.

She was a member of Highland United Methodist Church and retired as a nurse after 45 years of service with Frye Regional Medical Center. She touched a lot of lives and helped many people.

Surviving are her husband, Hal Yount of the home, son: Terry Cloer and wife Carol of Rock Hill, SC, step- daughter: Norma Cloer Yount of Granite Falls, step -sons: William Yount and wife Melissa and Tim Yount and wife Julie both of Granite Falls, granddaughter: Tara Sullivan and husband, Matt of Cayce, SC, step- granddaughters: Diedri Harley and husband Jimmy of North Myrtle Beach, SC, Tamera Odom of Hickory, Elizabeth Yount of Granite Falls, Brandi Doty and husband Scott of Havre-De-Grace, MD, Shanna Cochrane of Charlotte, and Heather Wilson and husband, Chase of Rock Hill, SC, step -grandsons, Chris Yount and wife Michele of Tampa, FL, Jeremy Yount and wife Emili of Hudson, Dean Bowers and husband Terry of Mt. Pleasant, NC, and Barry Scarlett of Rock Hill, SC, sisters: Mildred Ward and Faye Munday both of Granite Falls and numerous great -grandchildren and great -great -grandchildren.

Services will be Monday, December 27, at 2:00 P. M. at Highland United Methodist Church with the Reverend David H. Hobson officiating.

Burial will follow in Catawba Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends Monday from 12:45 until 1:45 P. M. at the church.
