Melissa Anne Bolick

Melissa Anne Parker Bolick, 61, of Taylorsville, passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at her residence after a period of declining health. She was born in Burke County to the late Paul Edgar Benfield and Sue Louise Ledford Parker Benfield.

Melissa was a Caregiver and of the Christian faith.

She is survived by her husband of 33 years Mark William Bolick, son, Paul William Bolick and wife Tishelle Bolick, daughter, Kristen Nicole Bolick, brother Sammy Parker, sisters, Sherry Horton Weaver and Linda Stanton, Dianne Albea, Pamela Mayne, grandchildren, Rylee Bolick, Layla Bolick, Austin Sellers, Chloe Sellers, numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Melissa was a devoted Wife, a loving Mother and Gammy and a loyal friend. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

Memorial services will be 1:00 pm Monday, December 2,2024 at Drum Funeral Home Chapel in Hickory with Pastor Bradley Caldwell officiating the service.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm- 1:00 pm prior to the service.
